Guest stays at Casa Tranquila

We had a great stay at Villa Tranquila. The villa is so beautiful with all the accommodations. Stacy and Ron are great hosts. They are easy to talk to and very responsive.

We stayed for three weeks. The home is beautiful. It has everything you need. Stacey even provided folding chairs and an umbrella so we could take to the beach. You are a short walk to grocery store and a couple of restaurants and of course a short walk to Brasilito Beach. Every night we went to Playa Brasilto for the sunset. My wife has mobility issues so we rented a golf cart and went to Playa Flamingo and Protero. All through Stacey's contacts. She was also a wealth of knowledge for local restaurants and things to do. We took our golf cart to Monday night market at Playa Flamingo on her advice and it was great. The pool and yard is kept immaculate with the help from Francisco. Great guy and even arranged for a pool side massage for my wife. My wife and I do a lot of travelling world wide, and stayed in some nice places and dealt with a lot of owners. Stacey was by far the quickest and most helpful. Oh and don't forget the house is beautiful.

Fantastic home with all the necessary amenities. Pool was great. Loved the outdoor bathroom and shower too. Location was in a gated community with 24/7 security at the gate. We were really close to several awesome beaches and a bunch of great restaurants and cafes. Also close to grocery stores. A special thanks to the groundskeeper who went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend this home for a great stay in Costa Rica.

A lovely house, a beautiful pool, and the host visited us and was very friendly.

Everything was clean and absolutely beautiful. The pool was extremely nice and sitting on the patio was enjoyable all day long.

We traveled with another couple and it had the perfect amount of space for us. The private pool was amazing. We felt safe in the community and it was an easy walk to the store, beach and several restaurants. I would like to highlight the beds were very comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed, even a speaker for music and traveling coolers that came in handy. Brasilito is a lovely little beach town with wonderful people! I can't wait to come back.

The pool invited us to swim and relax on the terrace. The house itself was like described. We missed a little bit the wellbeing through some decorative elements in the house.

The house was beautiful and incredibly well appointed, located in a quiet neighborhood that was a short drive to the beaches we wanted to visit in the area. Also close to a market and several good restaurants. Our kids (10 and 11) loved the pool! We would definitely stay again!

Such a wonderful home to relax with no details left out. My wife and I really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this home away from home. Every single thing we could possibly need was there. From cheese boards to laundry detergent. There was not a thing that the home didn't offer. We will certainly return again!

The house itself is gorgeous and very modern, and the private backyard pool and giant covered patio were fabulous! We spent many hours in that pool and on that patio! Excellent ceiling fans throughout the house! Comfy beds! We loved that there was a full-sized washer and dryer inside the home so that we were able to wash all of our clothes the night before heading home, which was super convenient! I hate coming home with loads of clothes to wash after vacation! The humorous walk-in rain showers were fantastic. We felt very safe the entire time both in the home and around town. As a bonus, the home is located within a gated community with a guard on duty 24/7. A convenience/grocery store is located right down the street from the entrance into the gated community. That store has all the essentials there and then some, including wine, beer and liquor! We rented a golf cart and were able to very quickly get to all beaches and restaurants along the Gold Coast. Playa Brasilito is about a 20-minute walk from the house and Playa Conchal is about a 30-minute walk from the house. However, the golf cart was a very convenient option for us as Playa Potrero and Playa Flamingo are not walking distance and we wanted to visit both. Our two favorite restaurants were the VND Pizza in Brasilito and The Beach House on Playa Potrero. The shrimp-stuffed avocado and curry Thai bowl were to die for at The Beach House. And pina coladas were made with real bananas! Ander's restaurant in Brasilito was great also. We spent every night on the different beaches watching breathtaking sunsets! We can't wait to go back and visit Costa Rica again, and we'll be staying at Casa Tranquila!

Awesome spacious home. Pool was kept clear of debris daily. Just a short walk to the beach. It was a great place to relax!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Tranquila. Kitchen was well stocked with brand new appliances, AC in living area, comfy beds and felt very safe. We took morning walks on the paved roads in peaceful neighborhoods. The host was very quick to respond when we needed someone to come out and clean the pool as it had been very windy and leaves collected in it. No complaints!

Una casa preciosa en una entrada privada! Totalmente limpia y equipada, a 5 min de la playa Brasilito en carro y unos 15 min caminando, muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercados.

Very quiet and private. Incredibly responsive hosts. The house was immaculate and felt quite new. Walkable to the beach and a few restaurants/cafes, but having a rented car was a big plus so we could explore further.
